Koha for spas
Koha, gift card and voucher software for spas in Tahiti
Koha is online gift voucher management software, published in Tahiti by Devlab. A spa issues its gift vouchers, which customers also call gift cards, for a free amount or a treatment, emails them as PDFs in its own style and checks them at reception with a scan of a signed QR code, with a record of every use.
Updated on
A treatment, a ritual or an amount
A voucher for a given treatment, a ritual for two, several services from the catalogue or a free amount in XPF. Depending on its type, the voucher is used in one go, in steps or service by service, and the check shows the uses still available.
The spa’s own PDF
You import your own templates, then place the QR code and the fields where you want them. A category or a service can have its own. The recipient receives an email with a secure link to the voucher.
Checked at reception
The QR code is checked with the reception phone. A cancelled, expired or already used voucher is refused. Validation records the use, with the customer signature if you ask for it.
Every sale recorded
The payment is recorded before the voucher is sent: while it is pending, nothing goes out. Key figures, monthly revenue and CSV exports show your voucher sales.
Pricing for a spa
- Koha costs 5,900 XPF per month for a single service or 49,900 XPF per month for several services, plus a one-off setup fee.
- Mono-service: 5,900 XPF per month and a one-off 29,000 XPF setup fee, excluding tax.
- Multi-services: 49,900 XPF per month and a one-off 249,000 XPF setup fee, excluding tax.
- A restaurant, a spa, a shop or a hotel with a single activity is Mono-service. A hotel that also runs its restaurant or spa is Multi-services.
- One fixed price per establishment, with no Koha commission: the number of vouchers never changes the bill. Custom options and payment fees are not included.

How much does Koha cost?
Koha costs 5,900 XPF per month for a single service or 49,900 XPF per month for several services, plus a one-off setup fee.
Does Koha handle a spa’s gift cards?
Yes, as PDF gift vouchers: a free amount or a treatment from the catalogue, with a signed QR code. Koha does not issue plastic cards.
What do staff need at the counter?
A mobile phone with a camera is enough to read the QR code. A cancelled, expired or already used voucher is refused.
Does Koha take card payments online?
No. Koha records the payment received by your team: card, cash or bank transfer for corporate orders. A voucher stays pending, and is not sent, until the payment is confirmed.
Is Koha related to the Koha library system?
No. Koha, the gift voucher software published by Devlab in Tahiti, has no connection with Koha, the open source library management system.
