Koha, gift voucher software for hotels, spas and restaurants in Tahiti

Koha is online gift voucher management software, published in Tahiti by Devlab for hotels, spas and restaurants in French Polynesia. Staff issue PDF vouchers in the house style, email them with a secure download link, check them at the counter with a signed QR code and keep an audit trail of every action.

Updated on

Issue

A free amount in XPF or a service from your catalogue, singly or in batches. You enter the recipient, the buyer and the payment. Accepted terms of sale are archived with the voucher.

Deliver

Once the payment is confirmed, the chosen recipient receives an email with a secure link to the PDF voucher. While the payment is pending, nothing is sent.

Check

The QR code is read with a mobile phone. Koha checks its signature and the voucher status without using it up. Validation then records the use and what remains, with the customer signature if you ask for it.

Trace

Issue, payment, delivery and validation are time-stamped with their author. On a shared workstation, each operator unlocks with a personal PIN. Revenue figures and CSV exports serve accounting.

What Koha does not do

Koha records payments taken by your team: it does not take card payments online, and there is no public voucher shop or buyer account. Each establishment has its own instance. The Koha interface is in French; voucher PDFs use your own templates.

Pricing

  • Koha costs 5,900 XPF per month for a single service or 49,900 XPF per month for several services, plus a one-off setup fee.
  • Mono-service: 5,900 XPF per month and a one-off 29,000 XPF setup fee, excluding tax.
  • Multi-services: 49,900 XPF per month and a one-off 249,000 XPF setup fee, excluding tax.
  • A restaurant, a spa, a shop or a hotel with a single activity is Mono-service. A hotel that also runs its restaurant or spa is Multi-services.
  • One fixed price per establishment, with no Koha commission: the number of vouchers never changes the bill. Custom options and payment fees are not included.
